My stay at Americas Best Value Inn was quite the experience. While I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, the room left much to be desired. The location is great, just a short walk from the Strip, but the room itself was cramped and lacked some essential amenities.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very basic and felt cramped, with limited walking space. There was no TV at first, and the replacement was a bit worn out. it felt like the furniture had seen better days.
Service
7.0
The staff was accommodating and friendly despite the busy check-in situation. they handled everything with professionalism and offered to move me to a better room when I had concerns.
Location

The location is fantastic, being less than a ten-minute walk from the MGM end of The Strip. it's in a convenient area near restaurants, which is a plus.
Dining
7.0
There are some dining options round the corner, including a place called Coco's. which offered traditional food that I enjoyed.
Facilities

The motel shows its age, and the facilities are pretty basic, with no frills to speak of. it really needs updates to the rooms and furnishings.

I had a mixed experience at Americas Best Value Inn. While the location is great for exploring the Las Vegas Strip, I encountered several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The room's cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing, and the service was lackluster at best.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small and had a lingering odor, which was off-putting. It also needed better cleaning, as I found dirty towels left behind by the maid.
Service
5.0
The service was generally poor; staff often seemed disengaged and I experienced delays in getting assistance when needed. It felt like they were more focused on chatting than helping.
Location
7.0
The location is a definite plus, as it's a short walk to the main attractions on the Strip. However, the area itself felt a little rough at times, with some dubious characters around.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were minimal and often required a walk to the lobby. The breakfast was decent but not very varied, with only basic options like toast available.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities could use some improvement, especially with things like the pool, which needed cleaning. The ice machine was also broken during my stay, which was an inconvenience.

My stay at Americas Best Value Inn Las Vegas Strip was quite basic but served my needs. The room was small and lacked certain amenities, yet the friendly staff and prime location made up for some drawbacks. However, I did experience noise disturbances at night, which could be bothersome to some guests.

Rooms
5.0
My room was small and simply furnished. It had a single bed pushed against the wall and a 14-inch TV, which felt outdated. Additionally, I noticed that it felt a bit cramped, and there was no hair dryer or clock radio. Unfortunately, I also had issues with my electronic key card failing multiple times during my stay.
Service
6.0
The check-in process was friendly, and I appreciated the early check-in option they provided. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. However, I wish the housekeeping service had offered more than just basic cleaning and fresh towels.
Location
5.0
The hotel is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from the MGM and other attractions. However, I did feel uneasy walking back to the hotel at night due to the presence of homeless individuals and some shady characters around the area.
Dining
7.0
There is a nice restaurant called Coco's right next to the motel. It offers good food options, which is a plus when you're looking for a quick bite.
Facilities
5.0
While the pool area was clean, I noticed it could use some maintenance since the water didn’t look inviting. Also, the facilities felt quite basic and lacked some touches that would enhance the overall experience.

My stay at Americas Best Value Inn was a mixed bag. While it was conveniently located near the Strip and offered free coffee, the accommodation itself left much to be desired. The room was quite small and had a moldy smell, and I was concerned about the locks not working properly. Overall, it was adequate for a budget stay, but I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more comfortable experience. 😕✈️

The quad room I booked was small, old, and had a moldy smell. The furniture felt cramped, and it was quite rundown.
Service
5.0
The check-in process was lengthy with many guests, and there seemed to be a lack of concern from the staff when I raised my issues.
Location

The location was great, being just a short walk to the MGM and right next to Hooters. However, it felt a bit sketchy at night.
Dining

There was a restaurant within walking distance, and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby.
Facilities

The pool was small, and the landscaping lacked any aesthetic appeal, just basic rocks and bushes.

My stay at Americas Best Value Inn Las Vegas Strip had its ups and downs. The location is quite convenient, being close to the strip, but the room conditions left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly, the overall experience was marred by issues like noisy walls and ineffective air conditioning.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was small and smelled like smoke, which was a bit off-putting. It felt cramped with two double beds, making it hard to find space for my bags. Although the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, the carpet was old and the blinds didn’t block out enough light.
Service
5.0
While I found the staff to be friendly, I did encounter an issue with my key card not working, which was frustrating. I had to get assistance multiple times for it, and that was a hassle, especially right after check-in. I also noticed some staff members could be unhelpful with reservations, which added to the stress.
Location
8.0
I appreciated the location; it’s a reasonable walk to the Las Vegas strip. The proximity to MGM Grand and Hooters Casino is a plus, although it is slightly in a sketchy neighborhood, which might be off-putting for some. Still, it made for quiet nights away from the traffic noise.
Dining
6.0
Dining options nearby were adequate. There’s a restaurant next door that was good for breakfast. However, I wished there had been a fridge in the room, especially during the heat.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were basic, and I noticed that the pool needed cleaning, which was a letdown. The lack of amenities, like a fridge, along with the overall condition of the hotel made it feel like I was missing out. Wi-fi access varied; I had it in my room, but other guests struggled with it.
